DigiVoceEats provides an AI-powered voice ordering platform for restaurants operated by Diginetplore LLC. Customers place food orders by calling a designated phone number.
By using DigiVoceEats services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
By verbally confirming your phone number during the AI voice ordering call, you consent to receive a one-time SMS message containing your order payment link. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency: one per order.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. DigiVoceEats charges a 15% service fee on all orders processed through our platform. This fee is included in the prices quoted to customers.
While our AI strives for accuracy, please confirm your order details before payment. Contact the restaurant directly for order modifications after payment.
Refund requests should be directed to the restaurant directly. DigiVoceEats platform fees are non-refundable once an order is processed.
DigiVoceEats partners with restaurants to provide ordering services. We are not responsible for food quality, preparation, or delivery — those remain the responsibility of the restaurant.
DigiVoceEats and Diginetplore LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
