When you place an order through DigiVoceEats, we collect your name, phone number, and order details to process and fulfill your order.
We use your information to process orders, send secure payment links, and confirm orders via SMS. We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.
DigiVoceEats sends one-time transactional SMS messages containing payment links to customers who place food orders through our voice AI system. Opt-in: Customers opt in by verbally providing their cell phone number during a live phone order call with our AI ordering assistant, and confirming it is a cell phone that can receive text messages, before their order is submitted. Message frequency: One (1) SMS message per order placed. No recurring messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Mobile numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver your order payment link. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Order data is shared only with the restaurant fulfilling your order and our payment processor Stripe.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Payment data is processed securely through Stripe and we never store card details.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP to any message.
